MM UNIVERSITY ORGANIZED 3RD NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ADVANCES IN ENGINEERING, TECHNOOLOGY & MANAGEMENT (AETM'16) ON 9^th APRIL, 2016

It is a matter of great pride that MM University, Sadopur organized the 3^rd National Conference on Advances in Engineering, Technology & Management on 9^th April, 2016, a premiere academic event of the University. The conference was third in succession, preceding those held in the year 2014 and 2015, respectively. Endeavored to provide a platform to disseminate the various advance concepts in various domains of Engineering (Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication Engineering) and Business Management, the conference was a great success with a myriad of research papers being published in the proceedings as well as in the International Organization of Scientific Research (IOSR) Journal.

MM University felt privileged by the presence of Dr. Mohit Gambhir (Founder & Co-Managing Director, Piverse, Inc. USA) as the honorable Chief Guest and keynote speaker. The auspicious proceedings of the day began with salutations to the Goddess Saraswati and lightening of lamp by the Chief Guest along with Dr. S.D. Sharma (worthy Vice-Chancellor, MMU Sadopur, Ambala), Dr. Manpreet Singh (Principal and the Convener of AETM) accompanied by Mr. Raman Gupta (Registrar, MMU Sadopur) and Dr. Manoj Kumar(Head, Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities & the Organizing Secretary, AETM).

The eminent dignitaries who presided over the various technical sessions of the conference were Dr. Dushyant Gupta (Professor and Head of Electronics department at University College, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra) for the ECE track, Dr. Rajesh Khanna (Mechanical Engineering department at D.A.V University, Jalandhar) for the ME track, Mr. Alok Panday,(Managing Director, Elegant Consulting Engineers, Noida) for the CE track, Dr. V.K. Katiyar (Dean Academic Affair, MM University Mullana) &Dr. Sapna Gambhir (Department of Computer Science & Engineering at YMCA University of Science & Technology) for the CSE track and Dr. Karminder Ghuman (LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University) for the track of Business Management.

The event proceeded further with the keynote address by the Chief Guest followed by the remarkable presentations of research work of the scholars in their respective domains from various places all over India and abroad.The great enthusiasm, knowledge and apprehension along with immense technical proficiency by the scholars bestowed them accolades during the valedictory ceremony which proceeded the conferring of the Best Paper Award for each session. 

The phenomenal contribution of the researchers and scholars was substantially noteworthy which infers their accountability towards the advancement in varied spheres of technology and the marvelous execution of the conference was quite another feather in the cap of MM University Sadopur.
