Sahaja Yoga Meditation Session

School of Architecture conducted a session on Stress management by Sahaja Yoga  Meditation on 22nd January 2016 conducted by Mr. Rahul Mohan Gupta and Dr.RajatDogra. Sahaja Yoga meditation was founded by Her Holiness Shri Mata Ji Nirmala Devi in 1970.

The session started with speakers talking about stress in the students due to the pressure of studies and competition in the professional field.Mr. Rahul explained the audience about the subtle energy centres in the human body which get opened up by awakening of potent energy residing in the sacrum bone of the spinal cord by self realization technique. A person can feel the potent energy instantly on his hands and top of the head as cool breeze and it gives inner peace and bliss. Every one present in the hall felt the awakening of the energy either on their hands or top of the head and felt thoughtlessness. The session ended with a vote of thanks proposed by faculty member of SOA, thanking Mr. Rahul Mohan Gupta and Dr.RajatDografor conducting the session as well as Prof. Aradhana Jindal for inviting the members of Sahaja Yoga for conducting a wonderful session on meditation.
