In commemoration of International Women’s Day on 8th march 2020, the NSS unit of MM School of Architecture, MM University, Sadopur, Ambala organized a Quiz competition on “Powerful Women around the Globe”on 6th March, 2020 with an aim to judge our knowledge related to achievements and great works done by the various women in different-different fields around the world.

Four teams of two participants each, were selected for the Quiz. The questions were asked on the women who achieved great heights in their life overcoming all the difficulties and challenges against the path of their success. Students from all the years had participated with full enthusiasm. Team of Ujjwalsaini and AyushRohilla from B.Arch. first year won the competition while Nitish – keshav (B.Arch. first yr.) and Shurti – Diksha (B.Arch. second yr.) secured IInd and IIIrd positions respectively.Prof. Aradhana Jindal, the Principal of MM School of architecture shared her views and importance of such events in motivating the youth especially the girls to become strong enough to face every good and bad experiences of life and giving their best in each and every field. She motivates the girls to mark their presence firmly in this male dominating society.
