The ‘Student Council Elections’ for the year 2018-19 were held on 19th September, 2018, before which the nominations for the election were made and the students from 2nd and 3rd year were all set and geared up to stand for elections. The promotional campaign was run by the students to influence the voters through various means such as advertising on social media, poster making as this is considered as one of the powerful medium to showcase one’s real qualities needed to carry the responsibilities.
The voting was carried out by means of a secret ballot under the supervision of the faculty members of the institute in which all the students and faculty of MMSOA took part with full zest and enthusiasm. The counting of the votes was carried out under the supervision by the institute.
